So I was having a terrible time trying to get the number to work. Easier after I read the E-mail. Maybe you should either print that on the ticket or somewhere so clueless people like me would have a clue. Also everyone I spoke to said I should have bought it from Microsoft instead of through you. I did not even know that was an option.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. OK after work by Best Buy. MS's Tech stinks.

They were not only arrogant, but did not know about the product. Took to Best Buy and in minutes they had it installed and running. Microsoft need to contact me about this as I feel they are being taken for a ride as the tech support was third party.
