Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not on a computer doing business a lot but I can tell you that I am so impressed with the office 365 that it made my life so much easier when I went to make my first resume without asking a friend to do it, all I had to do is type where it told me and what to type that my resume was awesome and I did it less then a half hour.

Outlook is by far the biggest disappointment with its lack of cross functionality to other platforms with the calendar. Apparently this is an issue with the other platform as well, but in the past (on the older, non- subscription program) it was never an issue. I guess now everyone wants you in their bag and not working in multiple areas, yet they forget that if you work, have kids in school, and have a life at all, every aspect will have items coming from multiple ends and making things harder than necessary just ticks people off. I haven't used word and excel yet enough to review, but they look similar to what I have used before. I just find this whole subscription thing not as much worth the money as it used to be. I may toss it after the year and move on to something else.

Very poor business practice. I also agree with other reviews that you have to privide product key after 6 months. Tech support was no help findubg the key and cased issues with my usage. Very poor custmer service!

I have HP products and they always work well I do have Geek Squad so when I need assistance, the company always help me with what I need. The powerpoint, Word, and Outlook are especially great and I can depend on them. I highly recommend that they be purchased.
