this is obliviously word that everybody use to write papers or documents unless you have a mac then you have to use a different program but you could still this one .

Bought this for my wife new laptop. She needed all the tools this program has.

This product is performing as we need it to perform. It does the tasks that are needed for our small office. We are able to keep our records, link with the copy machine, send fax, print, everything that we need. We are also able to do spreadsheets which was one of the important items that we were looking for in a program that we chose.

I have not had a word processing program for a while. This makes my documents so much more professional.

Always found this product to be overpriced. Alas, 99% of work wouldn’t be completed without it, so it is what it is.

I told the salesperson that I did not want a subscription, and that I preferred to pay once. I pocketed what he gave me, only to find that it was the subscription when I looked at it a week or so later. When I went back a couple of weeks after that I was told I could not exchange the product even though I had not called Microsoft to install it. The salesman told me that I might be able to exchange by contacting Microsoft. After spending 40 minutes or so trying that, it appears that they will not exchange since I did not buy directly from Microsoft. Ugh!

This is the best software ever, will always purchase yearly to get uodates

This makes owning an apple product easier for my husband. It is what he is used to. I would really recommend purchasing this. It will be easirt to use your computer.
