Now, I am stuck with a product I didnt need or use and no way to get a refund, because there is no Best Buy within 2 hours' drive.

Glitch after successful download
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After the code for Office 365 was successfully entered and accepted I was told there was a problem and. to call a 1-800 number which directed me to and Indian representative for a different virus protection service. This led to an extra trip to Geek Squad for a total factory reset of my computer. As for that, Microsoft Office now works fine and I am very satisfied.

My only real complaint is that math equations have a history of not converting correcting when going from PC to Mac and vice-versa. These problems appear to be getting better with 365's updates. I will say that I like the Mac version better than the PC version due to better functionality.
