Good way top start for a beginner

I own Office Pro for both my Mac and HP desktop and don't need to pay anything each year. I would recommend as a starter program, but if you want to stay with Office by the version that you don't need to pay for each year.

Access is a more powerful database than people realize. What’s nice is that you have the option to upload data to SQL Server and link the front end queries and forms if you start in Access and need to expand to handle more data.
