But that being said times have changed and you need to purchased it to be able to get any work done. I haven't had any issues and I like having it on my computer.

In this day and age, I don't know how anyone can get by without office suite. I have tried the various free downloads for office work in the past, and I get so annoyed by all the malware and ads. Microsoft office is the easiest, and most reliable. Trust me, you get what you pay for!

Coming from older versions of these programs, I am finding the transition to be very hard. I got help from your Geek Squad but it was not enough for me. There was a lot to learn and I pretty much could not use the programs for several days. I am still trying to figure out some basic things.

Only weird thing I experience is a blank Word doc and blank Excel sheet open up every time I boot up my computer. They're not in the start up menu nor did I have those programs running when during last shutdown. Beyond this glitch this product works excellent.
