In addition, I don't think I should have to renew it every year.

I'm thankful that there is software to bridge the gap from PC to Mac, because my wife and I do our graduate school papers in Word. The layout feels different to me and is taking some getting used to, which would be the .5-star deduction, as some things I look for are not where I feel I'd typically find them, but that is not a huge complaint. It saves in compatible formats for me to submit what I need to with no complaint from the recipients I send to, so until I start getting complaints about it, I see no reason to make a complaint about it.

It arrived with immediate download. The site was easy to use and the instructions for download were simple to follow. I did need support but they were able to help right away, giving me peace of mind to keep my home based business running without interruption.

I have to say that this version has many upgrades and is very easy to get reacquainted with. I am very happy with my purchase of this product.
