My annoyance is that Outlook wouldn't import my old calendars or contacts correctly. I had to set up a new calendar to show up on the start page. Luckily, iCloud had the data so I just had to drag and drop into the new calendar. Weighing if it's worth re-entering contacts or just use the iCloud one loaded in. Sending emails is a pain without a contact list for a while.

It’s pretty essential to most occupations and it runs great. However, Best Buy did not activate my key code. They sent me on a 3 day long goose chase trying to figure out where the breakdown was and everyone basically said “there’s nothing we can do”. When I finally was able to speak to someone at Microsoft, he gave me a new key code and subscription and said that he often gets calls from people who purchase from Best Buy because of the way they process their subscriptions. Way too much of a headache. I will purchase direct from Microsoft now

I suppose there is the convenience factor of the online subscriptions of MS Office, but mind you there is a yearly renewal/subscription fee. very easy to install. I didn’t end up using it nearly as much as I thought I would in the first year.
