    It’s not so easy to make it all set up. It could be more user friendly but that’s probably bc I’m not tech savvy. The fact that it has to be renewed is a bummer

    GEEK SQUAD DID NOT PROPERLY INSTALL/SET UP SOFTWARE. I HAD TO MAKE 3 TRIPS TO BEST BUY/GEEK SQUAD TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS/ISSUES. LAPTOP NOW FUNCTIONS WELL..

    Office 365 is a must have product for business use. Only weird thing I experience is a blank Word doc and blank Excel sheet open up every time I boot up my computer. They're not in the start up menu nor did I have those programs running when during last shutdown. Beyond this glitch this product works excellent.
