Works perfectly and was installed by Best Buy Technicians at the store on a brand new HP Laptop also purchased from Best Buy. Appreciated the discounted price coupled with the laptop purchase. Should be available for Purchase though, not as an ongoing subscription. I recommend the product but not the Subscription requirement.

Microsoft has my set up, but MS continues to ask about buying the same program. I have had no end of problems setting up my existing mail program. They keep using an incorrect password that I have tried to correct, and they still put in the same incorrect password.

Were able to to do so much with this so as setup our bills through a spreadsheet.

I haven't had a chance to use this yet since the laptop I ordered is defective. I can't give it a review since I haven't been able to use it. I got a new Dell laptop from Best Buy a month ago that doesn't work. All my attempts to resolve this with Best Buy have been in vain. Don't ever use or pay for the Geek Squad. They only made the situation worse.

Forget the F1 Help. Even doing things Office 2007 simply are unfathomable here and difficult to find. So go to help. Think tying a simple question (which Google manages to do so easily) into the search box would yield answers? Think again. Even inputting a simple single word yields all sorts of absolutely unrelated nonsense. Also if I ask a question in Word, you'd think they'd leave EXCEL answers out...but NO. I lost my hard drive, OS, and had to invest in another computer. So I need another Office 365 every 365 days! I just hopes this works without fail on WIN 10. They really should have a simple word processing program that doesn't do everything for everyone. Keep it simple to learn. Kind of like Adobe's Photoshop Elements. or Premiere Elements. Or Lightroom Elements ( wait...adobe hasn't offered that ...yet)

Having all the office applications is a key part of doing all of my school work in college. With this, I am all set to go!

If you have to have 365, Best Buy had the best price I could fine.

Extremely difficult to install. What is most disturbing is that moving mail from previous Outlooks to this new Outlook365 is practically impossible as all the essential aspects of the move are nowhere to be found in Microsoft Help or Documentation. Had I known it was this difficult I would have switched to Apple instead!!!

365 is another money grab from Microsoft.. Better off buying MS office 2016. 365 subscription sucks!

Great if you want to be old school and have access to all features

It did everything I needed to do and I was overdue to 12-month renew Microsoft subscription.

Microsoft ease of installation is good and product gives you lot for your money.

Gone are the days of a onetime purchase which is somewhat annoying. The benefit is always having the upgrade, but is that really a benefit when sometimes the upgrade isn’t really any better than the original version?

Microsoft is everything I need for work, it’s easy and was easy to install!

I got two for one for my PC and another for my tablet, I wanted the full office (Outlook included) and this came with my purchase for free.
