Very easy to install and use

I had the Trial Version and cancelled prior to the end of my subscription. In so doing, I was assisted "via Chat" by a Best Buy Technician who made the transition process seamless. I've used Office 365 Personal continuously and will likely subscribe at year-end. I would highly recommend this product.

Same as it has always been

Got a free year subscription through a laptop purchase and will save me the hassle of having to get another copy later when a new version comes out. Really convenient, but the cost through retailers is still a bit high when there are other outlets to get office at a lot better price.
