No big deal just get a new one and it will come with windows like always. But no, even if you buy a new laptop you have to buy office like this, what a rip-off! So instead of replacing the laptop I bought this. It's office, what more can I say?

Easy to adapt to

It's something I normally wouldn't purchase on my own. But after installing it, I was pleased with the way it works. I'm used to an older version of Office, but this was easy to adapt to. I'll probably renew it after the one-year subscription. I would recommend this product.

There are so many options and different things to use it for in an home office. Letters, Resumes, power Point, just to name a few. a must have for any computer. The ease of learning to use it and all its functionality, is a piece of cake, worth every penny.

No one explained to me how to use the card they just tossed in the cart. I didn’t even know what that was. So I ended up having to buy the service online and then Best Buy would not take it back or refund me my money. I was also told that I would get a $25 gift card which I never got and then, it was explained to me in a different way I still paid more than I was told to. So I have never used this card although I did purchase Microsoft online through Microsoft. I will not shop at Best Buy again.
