The download and install was easy and didn't take too long. Just make sure that if you're installing it for someone else, that you are logged in as them before you install it. You only get a license for one user.

Things are going well, but I have more to learn. My main use is for personal communication, web search and some home business. So far I am finding the program differences challenging but achievable.
