No big deal just get a new one and it will come with windows like always. But no, even if you buy a new laptop you have to buy office like this, what a rip-off! So instead of replacing the laptop I bought this. It's office, what more can I say?

It simply means that they want to make even more money from it as if they needed the money. Add to this that there is no manual such as "the missing manual" of the type I have for all the OS's and which are essential for you to know what you are doing without trial and (many) error(s).

Made it all very confusing and the first 3 attempts to use the verification code said, “ try again later”. Would have made much more sense to just buy it online once the computer was set up.
