Arrived as soon as I bought it. It arrives via email and was easy to install.

I purchased this as a trial run to make sure if I wanted to purchase the full subscription after this expires and it works well for me. For someone who is always seeking advancement in their career this would be a great tool because it will come in handy when you update your resume and cover letter.

It's 6 months of Office and I paid nothing, how can you complain? Office is a necessity and it is nice to finally have it again.

This was originally cost-effective if you used the cloud storage. However, Microsoft has recently increased the price by $30/year with the forced addition of Copilot, despite its dubious usefulness. Microsoft offers a way to "downgrade" to the Classic version (keeping the original price and features, without Copilot). Unfortunately, if you purchased your subscription through Best Buy, this is not an option for you. Best Buy refuses to allow this downgrade option. It took two hours with support and 12 transfers to find this out. There is no way to purchase the cheaper "Classic" version without downgrading an existing account, which Best Buy will not allow, which means you are locked into the more expensive version with no alternative.

Office 2016 products are great. However, software as a service [meaning you need to buy each year] is a huge moneymaker for Microsoft, but seems expensive for an everyday basic user. I define basic user as a user of internet, email, word, and maybe a spreadsheet. Maybe a one-time buy of Office 2016 would be better.

This item was actually cancelled because the computer I bought it for was returned.

I bought this for Christmas gift and was a great idea!

Geek squad was supposed to install it but they didn't. I finally got it installed but when I purchased the subscription I expressly said I didn't have wifi and needed to be able to work without being connected. So far that isn't working too well. Still have to work thru whatever I need to do to successfully get it set up.

Had to have it. Easy purchase and made my purchase complete.
