Customer Ratings & Reviews

Good easy to use. Needed it for reports and also my kids needed it for school projects

The MS-365 suite of software for my personal laptop does not disappoint. It's the same applications that I've been using on my work laptop but now on my personal laptop. Having just recently been presented with the challenge of searching for a new role and working from home, I was glad at least to have familiar tools to work with as I begin the transition from go-to-work to look-for-work!

I appreciate this being offered. All 3 I will be calling After the holidays to be sure it’s installed. I signed up again for this product because in 2024 I had to use it for my computer when I hadn’t used it for some time I received support and it worked great and I want to thank the technician for their expertise and patience

Word, Excel and PowerPoint are very useful software to put documents reports and spreadsheets together.

Very good product. I have no complaint on how it works.

I have not used very much, but seems to be living up to standards

Microsoft 365 is an excellent product, easy to install and set up; love all the features.

Well, I downloaded this-not sure if I did something wrong, but I apparently don’t have the full access to office. Just strange. I’m no idiot when it comes to these things and I can usually correct them when I have done something incorrectly…but this-I’ve deleted and redownloaded twice-exact same result…just odd for me to pay this much for basically nothing.

Excellent performance for the price. It is used on my desktop computer. No real action needed by me except to use my PC.

Perfect performance product and highly recommend customer assistance.

The subscription card works wonderfully. I haven't missed a beat working on my digital documents. One caution: set aside fifteen to twenty minutes to call Microsoft's Tech Support to make sure all is properly downloaded. But once it is, it works like a charm! All your favorites: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with lots of extras and annual auto renew. Get it at BestBuy!

Still getting use to it but okay so far. Older person

This has been a game changer. I am not a computer person. Grew up poor in the 80's. This has helped me a lot

Good only reliable word and excel. I use word and excel for day to day tracking, helping kids in school with anything they need, creating to do lists, managing money spending costs, etc. This was installed easily at time of laptop purchase and did the annual where I get all the upgrades. In the constant changing technology world sometimes old reliable meets the need the best!

Microsoft 365 is a valuable investment offered for a great price, and excellent productivity.

Easy to use and very reasonabley priced. Easy to locate with colored flowers.

Great program that I continue to use each year. It’s great for anyone but especially for a teacher with a lot to do.

Got a good price for 1 yr subscription with new laptop purchase. It's a must have for any computer.

Definitely worth it. Especially the 1 TB of cloud space helps a lot when you have large files.

Best value for updated software. Simply and fast to install and start working right away.
