It is easy to install and just requires entering numbers to register this product and begin to use the laptop. I love that Best Buy sent additional instructions and reminders to install this product. Great purchase.

This is a subscription version. For multiple users (family) the Home version would be better (6 users). Careful installing as you may need to create a new Outlook account. Study the documentation.

I had been on a PC for years and the transition with documents, Excel etc. was very easy. I have 2 international non-profits and I needed documents to flow between computers. Never missed a beat unless the user (me) got stuck...

I tried for several days and kept getting a message that instalation wasn't available at the moment. A bit annoying, but it's working fine now

I had Office 365 installed on another laptop four years ago. Although this Office is basically the same as the one I purchased four years ago, I still noticed that using Word is a little simpler, which makes saving documents easier for me.

It does what I need for it to do. Hands down. Comes with Office, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. Additionally it has MS Onedrive that allows you to save documents and retrieve them from anywhere in the word.
