PowerPoint and word easy to use and makes for great presentations. Easy to load. Definitely recommend to friends. Portable as can be use on laptop and tablet which makes great and smooth presentations. Very pleased with the product.

He is still going thru it learning new things so I can't give it any higher than 4 stars. One thing I don't like is they link it to your credit or debit card for automatic renewals, not Kosher at all!!

IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. senior guynsaid they couldn't do anything more as they were having issues with others as well with Outlook. REALLY UNHAPPY I SIGNED UP FOR TOTAL TECJ
