Have no issues at the moment, just don't like buying it every year, it should be something that is permitted with the computer and only need updates as needed.

Who cares if I am a little behind! Most compaies are a version or two behind anyway. Should have just paid a little more upfront and skipped this subscription. Otherwise the product is good.

Many new advances and also has One Drive and Skype included. Can also view and make changes to older versions of the apps. Price was also right. Best Buy has all my needs covered.

This cloud-based software is indistinguishable from the software of old. I hate the intrusive update system that seems to constantly need attention. I dislike the ribbon menu, as it invariably makes me search for items. Tables have something weird going on with text. I can see that MS is trying to improve the software, but they should pick up the pace.
