I am able to do everything I need to do for work and school with this product! Recently lost Microsoft Word with a recent update on my laptop and I couldn’t open any of my old Word documents...now I am able to once again!

I am pleased with the variety, especially with now having Access. Also, Cloud makes it easy to access my files from other devices, which is an added bonus for a grad student on the go.

He did all the research and told me what to purchase. I made the purchase on-line without any difficulty and he was able to pick-up the items at the his nearest Best Buy. He tells me that all is working well.

The customer help is non existent. There is no way to reach a human for tech support. I brought my laptop to best buy and they said there were several complaints of the same nature. Would not recommend.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever.
