I really like the convenience of 365. Download it and forget it. They do the updated. Works well for us old folks.

The product performs well with no issues, the software is intuitive and easy to follow.

The software is fine but the fact that Microsoft extorts an annual subscription fee for a software package that previously was a one time purchase is in my opinion a rip off. I had previously purchased Word, Excel, and Publisher but those were rendered obsolete because Microsoft wants to extract more money from users. It is what it is.

Microsoft 365 is a must have! I have not had any problems. Also, I would like to thank the GeekSquad Technician who assisted with the uploading of the software. The Technician was very knowledgeable and very quick. I had a project that was due snd my computer gave out. I purchased a new computer from Best Buy and the software. I didn’t think I would be able to set up everything and still meet my deadline. Thanks to Best Buy and the Geek Squad Tech, not only was it possible but I was able to meet my deadline. Thanks Best Buy and the Geek Squad!

The ease of installation of Microsoft 365 went smoothly on two out of three devices. I have not installed on a third as of yet. I had a couple hick-ups accessing older documents, but after a quick restart, everything is accessible now.

I love the constant updates and not having to worry about the latest fixes or upgrades. I am willing to pay the annual fee for the latest products - especially when you get all the office products with the subscription.

MS Office in subscription format was easy to activate and is overall a good product. However, it sometimes is not as easy to navigate and utilize any apps, websites or software supported outside of MS, (i.e. Google). Search engines and pop-ups tend to intentionally lead you back to MS, thus MS sometimes seems to lend to forcing the user to utilize MS over other personal preferences. Otherwise, it is a good product. In addition, although MS offers a free version of Office, it is web-based which means you are out of business, even with WORD, if your internet goes down.

I recommend it and it’s great choice on the price .
