Best Buy made it a good package when I bought my computer so I have no complaints about pricing compared to buying from MS. Recommend purchasing through Best Buy.

SaaS is the way to go in my opinion. It has the latest in protection and updates. Lots of storage too. I just wish we could have had the auto-renew. That function was not working.

It works so much better and has no ADs! Why did I not buy this years ago?!

What I don't like at all is the backup included with this. Not as user friendly as Carbonite. While the one on one phone support was ok there was a bit of a language barrier and I wasn't completely confident the guy really new the backup that we'll either. Still unsure I am backing everything up.

I used for my daily job and all apps are quite simple to install. Online features are also helpful in PPT, Word. FAST TO MAKE A PPT through quickstarter. Will renew it for next year!!

Called for help in setting up programs and called for help in setting up protection. People I spoke to for setting were extremely helpful and courteous. I will buy more products at Best Buy. We already have a tv from there.
