Glad to have all the products for work. Wouldnt be able to do it without them.

This is a new version for me, I have to get used to its many improvements

Was installed at store it is working as should doing good job

bought this for when i need to do resume or excel spreadsheets. over all im happy with the purchase

It is a great buy especially if you do a lot of work that requires Microsoft apps.

This is a set that everyone should have and use. The installation was really easy and fast. It is the best program for work and everything you need. Thank you, Best Buy!

I would have actually preferred the business version, but I love MS 365. I work best in word and excel I prefer the documents to those found elsewhere. The 12 month subscription allows me to be able to work for an entire year before having to worry about purchasing a new subscription. This was perfect for me.

Great purchase with my new laptop. Easy to download and begin using right away. Happy to have all of my files in one place.

The programing process was a little confusing. I program this on my Surface tablet I just purchased less than a month ago. So when it asked to install the app I was thinking each will show up on my Surface as apps. However, once I got past that everything is good. I have only used Word and Excel so far. Another thing is that it keep saying Skype is working in the background or something. I'm not interested in using Skype. Not sure what that mean either.

This was a great deal. I am excited for our new upgrade. This product will help us keep pace with the World.

I never write reviews but I wanted to put here how easy geek squad is to work with! I got this originally for school a year ago and didn’t notice that it was an auto renewing charge at the time of purchase. I called them to get it cancelled, my account was just charged, and hopefully refunded back to me and they did it with no problem or hassle. Definitely was the easiest customer service I’ve dealt with.

I needed this because mine was outdated. Seems to wrok great

This was for a job for a church and it turned out to be a perfect work course we thank you very much

Compatible with older versions. Geek Squad was very helpful with this purchase.

I needed word and excel for work documents, so I had to buy. I am going to buy the software instead of renewing my subscription when it expires.

I like the program, but I'm not happy with having to pay a subscription for what used to come on all computers anyway. If it didn't come preloaded on the computer, then you used to be able to buy the programs you wanted and have said program for the life of your computer. Now, I'm forced to get them all and pay for it all the time. The program itself is great. It's having to do a subscription service that annoys me to no end.

This product is essential to being im the up to date opportunity to be successful in tasks.

“When I purchased my new laptop, I was offered the Microsoft 365 subscription, and it has been extremely helpful. It provides cloud storage and unlimited artificial intelligence features, which I have been using since day one.”

This produce is easy to install and works really well on all of my familys personal computers at home
