However, im not using it for a business need such as accounting or publishing, so it's more than I need or will ever use. When this subscription expires, I plan to buy the non-subscription version.

What I don't like at all is the backup included with this. Not as user friendly as Carbonite. While the one on one phone support was ok there was a bit of a language barrier and I wasn't completely confident the guy really new the backup that we'll either. Still unsure I am backing everything up.

Called for help in setting up programs and called for help in setting up protection. People I spoke to for setting were extremely helpful and courteous. I will buy more products at Best Buy. We already have a tv from there.
