Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love to use word and powerpoint. Very helpful in making slide show for school kids.

Very efficient, easy to use and navigate through..

I needed the Microsoft word for the computer. It was a good price and I have to worrying for a year

I need the Microsoft products. This is probably the best way to get them.

Great when typing lessons or letters as well as Best Buy employee introduced it.Their skills are very good, explained clearly.

It was so easy to download with the instructions in the back of the card. I love using excel so this subscription helped a lot.

Reasonable cost for software essential in today’s world!

This product is fairly easy to use and has a lot of great features. I have not mastered all of the programs, but am looking forward to learning.

It’s been few years since i owned a laptop with microsoft and i made smart choices to purchase this product. Makes life a lot easier. Very easy to install. I love it.

I've used Microsoft 365 and live it. I'm switching from family to personal moving forward.

You have to go to Microsoft's website to enter card code off of card in the Microsoft Office 365 packet to get download. It is similar to a lottery ticket scratch off. Problem is even scratching off very gently you scratch off part of the code. You are pretty much screwed. Called Best Buy. They said bring in and they'll see what they can do. We'll see. The 30 day Microsoft software sample that came on my new HP Laptop is good and does what I want it to do. I would recommend this software but be very careful when scratching off to read code on card.

The programs themselves work well, I’m just irritated that I have to pay a subscription for it. Also, I didn’t get the download emailed to me so I had to call customer service and have them send me a new key which was also irritating. I took off one star because of that.

Need it for school, easy to use and share with staff and peers.

This is so convenient for school and work. It is very easy to use. I will be buying more in the future.

Aways a great product when doing business. Now I'm a full Microsoft Guru. #bestdecision

Well, for years I resisted getting Microsoft's 365, but since I got 5 years at half price, I am enjoying it. I have used Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for years and use them almost everyday. The only glitch is that I have to save the receipt with the Key codes for 5 years. Oh well....

Excellent customer service. I was given excellent advice on how to use, upgrade or renew in the future. The young man who helped me gave me an excellent lesson on how to use the service.

Easy to use, as i mentioned above. Only thing i don't like is it is a subscription. Should come with computer.

I have not yet used this much but when I did I was overwhelmed with how much easier it made writing and being able to edit and make more concise my communication. I have not been writing but when I finally do and learn all the functions I already know it will make organizing thoughts better. I need to learn how to use it so I can quit avoiding typing and writing.

Still learning how to use Word and Excel but can easily see its a giant step up from the WORKS program I have used for 7 years with Vista.
