Information to assist with the setup and down load was made available. I am technologically challenged but this was still very easy. I have found switching to this version of Office go be quite painless.

I have may Word and Excel files developed over several years and am still concerned that I will be able to retain and convert these older files going forward with Windows Office 365 (or Windows Office 2016).
