What is most disturbing is that moving mail from previous Outlooks to this new Outlook365 is practically impossible as all the essential aspects of the move are nowhere to be found in Microsoft Help or Documentation. Had I known it was this difficult I would have switched to Apple instead!!!

This new product can only be installed once and is only good for one year. This makes us sad.
