always easier to download than use a disc in today's digital age unlike the "old" days

If you travel and or use multiple computers and different locations, then this is for you. But if your family uses one computer, then this is NOT for you. All users have to log in every use and it can only be one email address and that leave all your Microsoft account wide open all the time. Coming for old school days, this is stupid and very intrusive on your privacy.

Office 365 personal has all the M/S products you need (Word, Excel, etc). They all work flawlessly. Only complaint is it's expensive to purchase from BB. You can find it for a lot less on Ebay.

Appreciate Microsoft going to 365 updates are easy to maintain and with the subscription I know that I will always have the latest version and updates to keep up with the ever changing tech world.

Download is easy and fast. Bought this with a desktop. saved a few bucks.

Microsoft charges $69 for 1 year of this service. While I love that my son will have access to these programs for a whole year, I'm not looking forward to purchasing it again. Especially during a pandemic when times are tough but kids are homeschooling.

My activation code did not work. I spent hours trying to get MS help. Finally Geek Squad tried a different activation code [it was fewer digits than required so it did not work either] and then connected me to the MS helpline [the phone # of which I had fruitlessly pursued for hours around the MS circular screen...] It is now connected.

Could not be happier with this baby! Works like a charm. Microsoft never lets me down!

Quick purchase and it was an easy set up at home. If you try to download it the first time and it doesn't work, I had to factory reset my mac (brand new so nothing to back up) and tried again at a location with stronger WiFi and there were no problems.

A little harder to navigate then old version and unfortunately not as user-friendly as told

I was still using an old old version of Microsoft Office, new laptop needed the updated version. All my old files opened. I knew the old version inside and out. Transition was easy, navigating very slight learning curve. Very happy with the software.

I am so used to using Microsoft Office 2010 Home edition,,this is a modern update to my favorite programs,,,Only problem I got w/ this new thing is that i only get it for a year then I must pay for it.....
