Customer Ratings & Reviews

My daughter is very happy with her new laptop it is very easy to carry and use it. Is not heavy so she can bring it to school, the park or everywhere.

I love using Microsoft 365 and all the apps included with it! The user interface is so easy to use and streamlined, plus it's easy to leave your work on one device and be able to pick up right where you left off on a new device. They also have very helpful tutorials for those that are not familiar with some products and need some instruction. For me, I'm new to excel and need to use it for my job every day. Thanks to the helpful tutorials, it's setup to be like a whole lesson plan you would receive in a classroom setting all without having to pay the cost for one of those college courses!

I'm an office suite person - adding this to my macbook neo purchase was the easiest decision. BB made it easy to purchase. Installation was simple.

I miss the days when you could buy a laptop with at least Word loaded. The Office 365 suite came on sale with my laptop, but the license is yet another annual expense now (and nothing to prevent prices from going up). All I need it for is Word, but it is necessary to get all the bells and whistles and cloud storage (which again, you have to pay to maintain). The question below asks "would you recommend this to a friend?" I have no choice but to say yes. There is actually no choice at all. Thus 4 stars.

It provides me with the tools that I need for my daily work.

Nice to have access to all Word products. Copilot is a nice addition,

This option was user-friendly and we're pleased with it. The installation is simple, and the access to all options is very useful for us.

I have used Microsoft Office products for 30 years but this is first time with Office 365. I am getting used to it but am having a hard time finding files that I create - I guess I will figure it out. It will take some time to get used to and I still wonder how it will work should I not have internet access for a period of time.

verry good for what we need it for to run our business

your service and some of the staff make the store better and pleasant to visit geek squad good and the salespeople are very good

great buy and tons to offer. Easy yo set-up and install

Well it sorta is required if you going to use your computer or laptop. The all suite option is good package for student and small business. Was at decent price. Subscription and that is a Microsoft issue not Best Buy so don't like that but need to keep up with the updates.

so easy to install and I can work from home now! this package has everything necessary to get up and going with word product

Microsoft 365 has worked very well for me. I had a very old version of Microsoft Word so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to open my old documents with 365 but I can. Just with 365 it's formatted a little bit different, but I think it's definitely better than my old version of Word.

Everyone should have these for home, school, office.

Microsoft 365 Personal comes with premium Office apps, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more. Receive 1TB of OneDrive cloud storage for 1 person which allows you to access, edit, and share your files and photos across all your devices - all while knowing your information is always backed up and protected.

Easy to use. I use it at home on my desktop and laptop

we have had this plan for years and have been pleased. The folks at the Geek squad are not just geeks, they are also patient and kind people and don't make non-techy people feel stupid

Love the software and new features. Enjoy using it.

Office 365 is a brilliant idea because it allows one to upgrade often to any new office program. Before, buying licenses for the program was expensive which discouraged people from upgrading to the newest one, especially if the difference was in something minor. With this, upgrades are included and everyone can have the best office out there. The only down side is that the card could be lost before it is input on one's microsoft account.
