It's good for personal use. If you want to install on more machines, get the Office 365 Home for 5 users for a little bit more money.

Had to call customer service for help with syncing one drive to my phone and they were very helpful.

To purchase a computer with nothing in it is a rip-off to the 10th degree. Subscription garbage adds insult to injury. That aside, the programs work fine (as they better). How can someone NOT recommend this item? No subscription, no operating computer...
