    Your can't share the personal subscription with other users on the same computer. The free online version seems decent enough.

    While this software works and does what it should. I would rather just but it as I have in the past. I don't like not having the disks in my possession if something goes wrong. But it is a fine program to use.

    Difficulty uploading the software. I've contacted Geek Squad twice and still getting error messages when I sign on to my computer. I still haven't figured out the Outlook software.

    I have used Office 365 since it came into existence. Since this subscription was for 1 person, Microsoft gave me credit for 8 months on my auto renew family version. I've always been happy with this product.
