Ali was extremely helpful in helping me choose a laptop that met my needs. He was very patient, professional, well versed in the new technology and answered all my questions. He's a great asset to Best Buy sales. Steve and Dave were equally helpful at the GEEK desk. Steve went over and beyond in assistance for set up of my new laptop. He advised me about virus protection and future tech support. They were both very respectful, courteous and thorough. And finally Enrique was so nice and helpful with a Google issue. This was overall a great experience. As an older adult, I appreciated their special attention. Thanks to all!

Ms products are good enough, but honestly not worth the money especially as a yearly sub when you used to outright own it. Use google workspace instead.

The young lady who helped me with the purchase my laptop for my business was efficient, very knowledgeable, and made sure I understood my Microsoft 365 and totaltech membership. I walked out a satisfied customer, and the laptop was everything I hoped it was and more.

Having had a very old version of Office, it is great to see all of the improvements that the new office offers. So far I have only used Word and Excel and am very please with them. I am not sure that I like the idea of the annual subscription. I would prefer the pay once and be done.

I like the product - my issue is interaction with sales associate. I made it clear I wanted to buy a laptop and he became focused exclusively on completing the sale as quickly as possible. I went to the store after searching BB website & finding 2 laptops the site reported as available. In the store I was told neither was in stock. He insisted on having me apply for a credit card even though I said I didn't want it & my credit is frozen. Our Totaltech account was set up in my wife's name AND BOTH NAMES ARE IN THE ACCOUNT and I use it (Geek Squad) most frequently. I don't understand why I have to use her name and phone number to start talking anyone about our account, then also give my name and phone number to anything further. I made a GeekSquad appt to set up my new laptop, but the name that appears on the appt is hers.
