The product works as intended but the biggest issue is best buy. They automatically renewed my subscription but never told microsoft. So i paid for a service I could not use. I had to call them 9 times so for them to say they will give me a refund instead of fixing the issue. Do youself a favor and buy it directly from Microsoft.

Very quick and easy sign up process. Will hopefully not have to use, but still a great investment to have.

Spent over an hour getting windows office added to my new computer and added to a second computer. Got home and couldn't sign in with the 4 digit code I picked at the store. Called for Geek squad help and he told me the problem is that we have been invaded by malware, which we didn't have when we brought our computers in. He said it was our internet, what we have signed in or opened. I said we have Best Buy protection and have never had a problem but he said we are infected and he can't do anything about it, it was our network. I'm so frustrated I could scream! I live 30 miles away, are closed now. My son was getting the Office downloading at the store, but his computer is older and was taking longer, so the geek person told him to just close it up and continue the download when he got home. That's when this all started, when he tried to sign in.

Horrible horrible horrible Michael told me on the phone of I bought a MacBook it comes with word I told him I would indeed take it out of the box and make sure word was on the computer when I picked it up!! Not only was it not on the computer the guy that helped me refused to put in the code They just lie on the phone and then do the will smith slap when you come in
