I don't use all available applications, therefore, my rating would be average.

Have not been able to use it.... when I tried to enter Producy Key to download, it said”key has already been used. Not so! I have been trying to sort this out for weeks... hors spent on phone with bank and time on “Live Chat” with reps! Very frustrating indeed. Still don’t have it!!!

Yes I renewed the Microsoft 365 because I have no choice. In the past I purchased the license for Microsoft and it was good FOREVER. When I had to replace my DEll I purchased the Lenovo and was told that I had to take 10 because the Lenovo only came with it. Then I was told I could not purchase a license, it came with the computer (I paid for it) and it had to be renewed yearly. What a scam. It isn't enough that we purchase our products from your company, you have to dig every penny out of us too. I am 80 years old, live on a fixed income and resent being used. My next computer will not be from best buy, it will be directly from Dell.

I am so angry that I have to pay annually for this software product! We used to get it included when we bought a new computer.

I have canceled TWICE!! STOP BILLING ME!! Very unhappy.

Love having outlook on my phone for my emails, especially for business purposes.

I really like this update. Word, PowerPoint, excel and outlook are easy to find.
