Very hard to use. Nothing is logical or iterative. I hate it. It is the worst of a ver bad line of Windows products.

why do you recommend the yearly personal vs. buying home. My wife and I are paying twice for personal and it's costing more annually than just purchasing once.

I have never been a fan of this; I have constant problems with the computer--especially dealing with e-mail.

Good for size and portability but needs a dark room and a decent screen to project and display an adequate visible image.

Had problem installing and hard to navigate. Would not buy again. Used for additional year and continued to have problems.

I preferred the old way of doing things. Having to either pay outrageous prices for the actual Microsoft Suite pkg or be tied to a subscription plan, sucks! When asked would I recommend to a friend, hmmm is there another option, if they needed to use it?

I barely use Word or Excel and I don't use the other parts of Office. However, I do need them for what I do. I wish I could pay a smaller amount for just the parts I use. The price isn't terrible and it keeps up to date. But its costlier than it should be for what I use and how much I use it.

The office 365 is a great tool. I use it for work and school.

I wish I would have purchased the standalone copy.

Tried to cancel a number of times and ways, but was unable to. Had to stop payment through my bank because there was no other way but to dispute the charges. Office is overpriced, when google docs is free.

This subscription worked find on my old computer but when upgraded to the new one, no one can seem to find my login information and I was never told this information when I purchased the first computer and subscription from Best Buy.

Two charges but no idea which is for what and no warning no email, nothing. I know what charge was supposed to be but this was different. Would be nice to get an itemized invoice.

We only got 3 months use of this program. You removed it from our computers And iPads I’ve been trying to git it restored since May. Since you refuse, please refund my money.

I like the service but I did not get the e-mail for the update. It usually comes at the same time it hits my account to pay. Would it be possible for someone to check on the update for me?

Absolutely lame brain excuses why they never could provide paid for service. Tried for two hours. Had to pay for license again with Microsoft. Best Buy never again. enough

I hate auto-renew. I got a notice AFTER they charged my card for the renewal. Marking on my calendar next year. Will cancel a week early to limit their excuses.

I was notified I purchased this. I found out when it showed on my credit card and this isnt even what I thought it was for. So now I have to see if I cancel it.
