The software doesn’t recognize the mouse. Without it you can’t change the volume or calibration. This is a known problem by Microsoft and no fix.

Easy to use and takes up no space at all

The Surface Arc Mouse was designed to snap into a curved position for use. Once the mouse is in this position, it should turn on and connect to your device automatically (assuming you have already established a connection previously.)
When you are done using your mouse, it snaps and folds flat for storage or transport. When it is in this position it is normal that it disconnects from your device, and powers off.

All others (and I have tried many) gave me hand cramps and in one instance the beginning of carpal tunnel syndrome. Then I found the arc and have never looked back. Comfortable, smooth movement, and I can use it with either hand.

Changed batteries, trouble shoot to no avail. Even prior, was losing Bluetooth constantly (had fresh batteries), shaky mouse tracking. Looks attractive, but performance is an "F".

It's design is made to fit very comfortable in your hand and it snaps to a flat position which makes it so easy to pack. I love that the area where you scroll and click on allows you to move your screen from side to side. Overall I recommend 100%

Basically only working 10% of the time. The connection is fragile. Auto reconnection does not work at all. Pairng fails from time to time.

I had my eye on it but wasn’t sure about the design. Straight out of the box I was impressed. Sleek design, ergonomic, and perfect for home office or travel. Highly recommended.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As a loyal Apple customer for the last 10 years, I have always thought that the Magic Mouse was the perfect mouse. After a switch to a Dell laptop for work (which I can not say the same glowing things when comparing to a MacBook) I thought I would have to go back to a clunky mouse. This is the opposite. Not only is it easier to travel with, thanks to the flatten to power off function, but it fits the hand better than the Magic Mouse. Everything else is just as easy as the MM.
