Big power in small package
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really amazed at this Bluetooth mouse. Best thing ever is its compact size. It literally folds flat. The quality is high and it works fantastic. Totally recommend. Best mouse ever bought

Just what I wanted

Works great with Surface Pro 2 Tablet!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an awesomely compact mouse for use with the surface pro 2 tablet (or any other applications). The mouse responds quickly though not great for gaming on the tablet with (the DPI is low comparatively). It's compact, set up is a snap and with bluetooth 4.0 connection you can save your USB slots for something else.

Very good mouse, can be adjusted
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical about this mouse but bought it anyway - thinking I could return it if I did not like it. It turned to be a very good mouse, and I ended up buying 2 from bestbuy. I like that the curve body can be adjustable for easy storage and to fit my palm.

Full size but folds flat
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Arc is an extremely useful add on for the Surface Pro. By default the Surface only has a touch pen and your finger. Adding a cover (such as the type 2) gives you a keyboard...but it's mousepad is extremely lacking. It's so small it's easy to move your finger off othe pad, and the texture of the mousepad exactly matches the cover itself. By connecting the bluetooth Arc mouse you now have a laser mouse that feels full size (folds flat for storage) and is very responsive. Highly recommend this mouse for everyday use.

Scroll does not work well
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The scroll works well in the downward motion but the upward motion is slow and gets stuck. Otherwise it looks beautiful. So sad my husband got me this for nursing school but it isn't useful if the scrolling option isn't working. We will be returning it.

Worth it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ended up doing a price match from Amazon and I don't regret the purchase. I use the mouse to do some modeling in Maya 2016 and so far it's super easy. Connecting is simple and MS has a little app you can download from the store that's pretty handy.

Love being envious
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Whenever I bring out my arc Touch mouse everyone takes notice. They see it and immediately start asking questions. It is so easy to travel and use out and about. I couldn't have asked for an easier product. Well worth it. Bought two for my office.

Rated 4 previously, now a 2
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently rated the Microsoft Arc Touch Surface Edition mouse a 4. But since it will not pair with my Dell laptop (cannot find a driver, even on the Microsoft site), it now gets a rating of 2. Yes, it works fine with my Surface Pro 2, but since I often take both my Dell (work) and Surface (personal) on business trips, I need to take two mice if I don't want to use the touch pad on the Dell or touch keypad or screen on the Surface. A mouse for a surface is essential since unlike my iPad, many apps I use on my Surface do not support gestures to make the view larger and the small screen makes use of a finger nearly impossible. I still recommend the device, but only for a Surface of course, thus the reduction in rating.

Perfect mouse for on the go
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In use, it feels just as comfortable as any excellent mouse I've used in the past. I love the vibrating, audio feedback when I use the scroll "wheel": It's actually two touch-sensitive surfaces, located vertically between the left and right mouse buttons. When you slide your index finger across this artificial wheel, it makes a simulated "clicking" sound that -- no kidding -- sounds like a spinning mechanical scroll wheel. When I first tried this feature, I had to pick up the device and inspect it, in search of the wheel mechanism. Nope, no wheel. If you flatten the Arc Touch, it automatically shuts off. No power switch required. Bending the palm rest from its flat state, power it on, automatically! Love It!

Great portable mouse.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a Surface Pro 4 and I wanted a mouse to use that wasn't going to take up a usb port. This mouse works great and is very portable. I've not had any problems with it.

Cool, just not perfect
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used this for about 2 months. It works well and it serves its purpose as a mouse and modern looking mouse. I have had a couple of times it lost connection. That is seldom and not that big an issue. The scroll is hard to describe, but I don't think it is sensitive enough for what I am accustom to. For the type of "modern" mouse I would like the scroll to work on both axises. All in all not bad. If you don't need the portability a track pad or magic mouse would do a better job for the money.

Futuristic
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I know that this mouse is more of a futuristic type of design since it doesn't look like the ordinary mouse. I love how it's really portable and that makes it really convenient to use on the go. What isn't that great is the comfort. When I'm holding and using the mouse, my ring and pinky fingers aren't supported and it really is uncomfortable. Otherwise I really like the functionality, but that downside really makes me hesitant to use it.

Not bad, wish the scroll was better

can't go wrong

Nice...when/if it works.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the feel and look of the Arc Touch by Microsoft. It connects flawlessly via bluetooth with fast response times. The biggest issue I have is the scroll feature. Instead of having the physical wheel, Microsoft replaced it with a flat "wheel" that you swipe up or down with 1 finger. The feature would be great it worked. The swipe feature typically stops working after x-amount of time using the wireless mouse. I am able to correct this by snapping the wireless mouse off and back on again, but after x-amount time the wheel stops again. Very frustrating for the price and product directly from Microsoft. I wish Microsoft would correct this one flaw and I would easily give it 5 stars. The left and right click buttons are very nice with smooth transition. The wireless mouse glides and responds to pretty much any service. I use it with a desk pad or just wood and have no issues. Even using it out in public works great. I love the slim feature when its snapped closed as it fits right into my pocket. Runs on two AAA batteries (included).
