This is my first bluetooth dongleless mouse. The design takes getting use to, but after several weeks of use, I love its portability, size, and the ability to snap it flat. I have had no connection issues.

I bought this specifically for my Surface Pro 3 and I am very satisfied with it. I have occasionally needed to turn it off and on to reset the scrolling feature but that is a minor issue. It works great, looks great and it folds flat for easy storage with my Surface. I would imagine this would be great for any laptop or hybrid computer.

This is a great mouse for light weight travel and low profile storage.

I thought the instructions were a bit lacking. Once you figure out how to use this mouse, it's dead simple, but I didn't think it was intuitive. There is no "on/off" switch, you just "snap" it flat or arched to turn it off and on. Had a few problems getting my first one to work (it was dead on arrival) and my Surface 3 had a problem connecting to it initially. But I've used it extensively since then, and it works great. It connects to the Surface immediately after turning the mouse on. Since the initial connect, haven't had one problem. I do worry about long term "snapping" and whether or not the device will hold up. But it works great and is pretty comfortable (better than the Surface Wedge Mouse in my opinion, which I use on my personal Surface 1 Pro)

I use this mouse on both a Surface Pro 3 and a Lenovo laptop running windows 10. Pairing was super easy and functions of the mouse meet all my needs. The mouse flattens out nicely for carrying in bag. Very pleased with purchase. The mouse went on sale a few days after I purchased and the customer support team refunded the difference with no hassle. Thanks Again!!

When I purchased my new Surface Pro I wanted to get a mouse and this was recommended to me at the store. It works very well once I got used to not having an actual wheel to scroll - you just move your finger forward and back on the the center of the mouse. I love the portability of it folding flat and turning off too.

I really like how the Arc Touch mouse collapses for ease of transport, and then expands for use. With other Bluetooth mice, the batteries were constantly going dead because I failed to turn them off when I was done using them. With the Arc, I simply press down on the mouse to collapse it before putting it in my travel bag, and it shuts down automatically. No more battery issues. The mouse feels comfortable in my hand, and is very responsive. My major complaint is that, unlike any other Bluetooth mouse I have owned, this mouse immediately stops working whenever a connection to the Internet is missing or is limited. This is very annoying. Were it not for this problem, I would have given the Arc a five-star rating.

This was without a doubt an impulse buy; I saw the awesome design of this arc wireless mouse and immediately had to buy it. I did forget to read that it is only compatible with USB 4.0 accessible laptops and wasn't able to use it on my preferred laptop, but that is based on my negligence to read up on the product and not it's functionality.

A great product with one issue. Fast scrolling stops responding once in a while. Other than that I love this mouse. It's sleek, has great battery life and easy to carry when traveling.

The portability, feel, functionality and appearance make this the best portable mouse I have used to date. The technology in the scroll feature is quiet nifty, giving you the touch sensation of a scroll wheel through hectic feedback. Accuracy was spot on and sensativity was great, even when not using a pad. Used it with a surface pro 3.
