Not much different then any less expensive travel mouse. I do like the shape and the design but not sure if that is enough to justify the added expense.

Overall, this mouse gets the basic job done fine, but has no extra buttons or functionality beyond basic. As if can be flattened out for travel, I think it is best suited for that purpose.

Top Notch Mouse

Since the Surface only has 1 USB port, this mouse is great. The only downside, and this is personal preference, is the scroll wheel. It's not a wheel. It's a touch activated pad that provides kinetic feedback when scrolling. It doesn't always work properly.
