For being over a $50 mouse I expect this to stay connect over 90% of the time and this doesnt do that. I contacted microsoft and they pulled the redownload the driver which may fix the problem at first but not long term.

Overall great, I like how it turns on/off by flattening out the mouse itself and the haptic mouse "wheel" is awesome. I gave it 4 stars because i wish it was a bit bigger

The design of the mouse was awesome. However, the mouse would cut out after using it for a while. I would have to flatten and unflatten the mouse to get it to start working again.

I'm Mac-based. I bought a Surface Pro, keyboard and this mouse. I'm impressed. Microsoft took inspiration from Apple. I had to return the first one bc the battery cover came loose when I put into use position. I got a replacment and have had no problems.

I have the first arc touch mouse and use it everyday. I purchased the surface addition to go with my surface pro since I didn't want to block the usb port. Overall it is a very good mouse. I would have like to have either a four-way scroll or a quick button to the windows home screen.

I think this a great product. in fact I have two of them. One for my Surface pro 4 and for the Surface Book recently purchased. It would be nice to program one that would work on both products without having to sync it each time on two different product.

Purchased to keep in my briefcase when traveling. Have used on airplanes, in airports and hotels. Works great. Very sensitive. I enjoy using it as much as my wireless at home. Like the Bluetooth aspect as I do not have to worry about losing the USB transmitter.

This is a form before function mouse. I was ready for lack of features such as side buttons but this mouse has one major flaw - it's faux scroll process, which was cool at first, is frustrating to the point where I don't use this mouse anymore. When trying to scroll, it seems that the mouse tries to detect whether it is actively on a 'scrollable' object...if it doesn't detect a scrollable object IT WON'T SCROLL. So for functions like zooming in/out, playing video games, etc., it is effectively useless if scrolling is needed.

This is a decent mouse. It tracks great across most surfaces but the scroll button periodically stops working. This can be easily corrected by power cycling the mouse but it should not be a problem to begin with.

This product is great in concept - a cool looking and feeling device, but it just didn't work for our use. The mouse was used with an HP Pavillion X360 convertible, and was carried around the house and used on a number of surfaces, including a leather couch. Even on flat surfaces, scrolling was always uneven and imprecise, and tracking wasn't as good as the Logitech M505 it was intended to replace. We replaced it with the more expensive Logitech MX Anywhere 2, which has been fabulous.

Works as it should, just takes a while to get comfortable with the shape and function. Does not have a conventional feel, but is easy to store and travel with.

I love the way this mouse feels in my hand and i didn't realize this at first but to turn it off you snap it flat and then to turn it on you snap it into arch mode. A little annoying to pair to my surface at first but no complaints now.

I've been using this product almost on a daily basis and it truly completes the experience of using the Surface Pro 4. Microsoft has finally gotten their act together and finally catching up to Apple in their innovation and products.

I love this mouse however, when scrolling, it does make noise but not enough for me to replace it with a different mouse. It has other features that I am getting used to. Very different, innovative mouse.

I have have the usb version at work and bought the bluetooth version for my Macbook. Connectivity did not stay - had to continually pair. Reviews state that this mouse is geared to the PC and does not work well with Apple products.

Mouse is easy to set up, quickly recognized, feels soft to the touch, maneuvers nicely and best of all, it stores and shuts off flat for storage, with minimal space required.

Yes, it's a mouse. A poor one at that. Scroll and right-click function poorly. Uncomfortable to use. Looks cool, though.

This mouse is pretty cool and worked from the moment I turned it on. It is actually so small and flat that I have lost it in my computer bag 2 times. I was concerned about the feel of the mouse given its shape but it has not been an issue at all.

A great mouse to go along with your laptop. Obviously I don't recommend this to gamers nor people who want no lag. My only issue is that I wish it didn't use AAA batteries.
