When it stops working, I've found that if you flatten it and re-curve it it will start working again. I probably sound like a Hippocrate but I love the ergonomics and bought another one. No Microsoft support.

But with my current Surface Pro 4, I couldn't get it to work most of the time. Constant re-boots were needed. I tried two of them because I really wanted it to work. All the online help wasn't useful. I finally took it back and got a more conventional mouse.

Other times the multi directional scroll engages in its own and the Bluetooth connection is constantly failing and I have to reboot. Wish it worked as well as my Mac Bluetooth mouse.

It requires being turned on and off again to resume control. Interesting shape and function, but I'd rather have a mouse that is connected all the time.
