    I bought this while on the road for a project with a lot of mouse work, but it didn’t work as well as a cheaper $20 mouse. I liked the flat profile but the Bluetooth part sits on the outside (magnetically) and could easily be lost. So I returned it.

    We wanted one of these since they were introduced. I bought this on sale for my girlfriend to use with her laptop. She tried to use it for a few weeks and finally got her old mouse back and told me to try it. I used it for a couple of weeks with great frustration. I could not recommend the Arc Touch based on the one we have. The scroll plate doesn't work very well and it doesn't even click easily. Double-clicks are even worse. The simplest things, like opening an email became inconsistent, problematic, and sometimes difficult. I hope this is just a lemon. It is still a cool mouse that flattens nicely for travel in a laptop case. Too bad.

    This was not the most comfortable mouse for my hand. The best thing I about this mouse is that it is easy to travel with since it folds flat. However, that being said, I no longer use this one due to comfort and have purchased another mouse to use when traveling.

    Touch strip will not work. Hard to believe Microsoft would not make sure that their peripherals would work with an OS upgrade. And no fix available that I could find. Very disappointed. Luckily I am in my free return period because it is going back. Maybe try the bluetooth version. Not sure what to do because I have been using this type of mouse for years.
