Stopped functioning after 30 days

In approximately 30 days it stopped working completely. Do the COVID 19 pandemic I have been unable to return it and replace it due to my inability to contact Customer Service. Can't get to Customer Service thru the web site & phone was experiencing"unusually heavy call volume" please call back . I have called back several times so far with out success.

Tried it with the USB and it worked enough for me to figure out that I hated it. I have very small hands and it was just too large. It was very uncomfortable and difficult for me to use. I traded it in for the mobile mouse. It works great and it much more comfortable. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles that the arc has, but I couldn't use them anyway.

The mouse feels as if it has a mind of its own no matter how many times you adjust the settings!

The software it uses rarely works, and it does not perform the way you might expect. Every other day it forgets your preferences and goes back to its strange defaults (it never remembers you want it to act as a left handed mouse). The curve feels strange after a while (it doesn't work when it's flat, which is a shame; being flat means the mouse is turned off). It is definitely NOT worth the price.

It's sleek design makes it easy to store in the pocket of my laptop case. Just arc or bend it down to turn it on. It then fits nicely in your hand. Feels like a full sized mouse when using it. Works like a charm with Windows 8. Setup was a breeze, and it's easy to use. When your finished, just straighten or flatten it out to turn it off. Very thin, when flattened, easy to store. It's not the cheapest mouse, but it works well and is worth the money.
