Very nice mouse, that works on anything

This is an awesome mouse that works on several different surfaces. The traction is next to perfect, and the design is wonderful. Works great on Mac, and Windows. I have experienced issues with the tap on the mouse, but its not a major problem that would keep me from buying another. This was given to me as a gift, and I am buying 2 more to give to others.

    Better than I thought

It's replacing an older Microsoft Wireless Mouse 2.0, which was large enough for my big hands. When I received the Arc I didn't think I'd like it, but after spending a day with it I'm deciding its a keeper. The construction is second to none; firm, weighty, and durable. The rubberized back provides a comfortable grip and the piano black buttons don't show fingerprints as badly as my cell phone does. The magnetic backside to keep the USB dongle in place during travel works flawlessly. The metal scrolling pad is kinda fun as it makes a mechanical clicking sound akin to the older mouse wheels. The software installs quickly and I had everything up and running in under 60 seconds. It was not compatible with my old wireless keyboard/mouse dongle, which was a little disappointing but not unexpected. The blue light does a much better job of tracking on my polished burlwood desk than the old red light did. My only real complaint is the price. At $60 its expensive for a non-gaming mouse. I had some points to turn in on my rewards program so I ended up picking it up for $40, which is still a lot but priced about right for the quality of materials and functionality.

    Great Mouse :)

I bought this a year ago before I was a Best Buy Reward Zone Member. It's handy and great. Easy to carry around and use. My favourite thing is that the USB sticks to the mouse when it's in the flatten position. Hook up is a breeze, just plug it in and go. The arc is smooth and soft that adds a small grip factor to it. The price was a little hefty so I guess it's more of a show item. If the price was lowered then I would have given five stars. Either way it's my favourite and only mouse.

The mouse itself looks sleek and good. Performance wise, it's very easy to use and does it's job. I give it 4 stars only because the idea of keeping the laptop adaptor/connector via a magnetic like base is not so useful. In more than one time I almost lost the adapter so I decided to keep it connected to work laptop (originally I wanted to switch it back and forth with my personal and work laptop)

This is an amazing mouse!! Don't know what the deal is with the negative reviews, maybe they just don't know what they're doing, or reviewing another mouse and accidentally posted their review on the wrong page/wrong mouse. That's the only thing I can think of because this mouse is great!! I've had this for over a year now. Use it daily at work, then pack it in my laptop bag and use it at home. I am a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep automotive technician, so the mouse is on my tool chest in a shop. I've never had one single issue, and it still looks new! Mouse is beautiful and durable!! It's used daily and packed in to a laptop bag and carried home and to the shop daily as well! I don't see how anyone could rate this mouse less than 5 stars!!!

I really like this mouse. I needed something that could work and where and this one does. It will lay flat for easy storage into my laptop bag, this also helps the battery last longer.

Hands-down the best wireless mouse made

When I initially purchased this mouse, I had no idea that it was partial to the Microsoft surface models. Obviously, it'll work with anything, saying I'm using it with my Lenovo yoga ThinkPad No matter where I go, if I'm using that mouse people are flabbergasted by the way it shuts off by flattening out, and how economical/small the design is. I think I'll just keep buying the newer model of this as it comes out. I actually purchased it for 40% off, so I gave less than $40 for it also. It gets never ending complements. This is definitely an awesome device that Microsoft manufactured here.

Excellent Mouse in a Sleek Package

I bought this mouse because my Logitech trackball mouse is bulky and takes up a lot of space in my bag when I'm on the move. When I first saw this mouse, I was immediately impressed with the design. Despite its size and the fact that the body is made of plastics (and rubber?) the mouse feels very solid and has a nice weight to it. The weight along with the curve of the body make it much more comfortable to use than I had expected. I also like the fact that there is a strong magnet built into the underside of the mouse that will hold the nano transceiver when its not plugged in. It connected to my Windows 7 PC without any trouble. Once the drivers were installed the mouse worked like a charm. I really like the touch slide that acts as a middle button/scroll wheel. Its easy to use and, in my opinion, works very well. The mouse tracks beautifully and is one of the (if not the) smoothest mice I've ever used. The BlueTrack is very accurate and responsive. The only thing I wish this mouse had were some kind of back/forward buttons on the side. You could configure that function into the existing buttons, but that would be at the expense of their default functions. This is a small gripe in the grand scheme though and does not impact my overall opinion of this mouse. It is an excellent product and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a sleek travel mouse for work/school. I continue to use my trackball mouse for when I'm at home but the Arc Mouse is what I use when I'm mobile.

I bought this mouse about a year ago and I absolutely love it! I hate when I'm visiting friends or family and they have a "regular" mouse. It is super easy to use and feels great on the hand. It definitely is a conversation piece as well. I would highly recommend this product. It glides effortlessly over almost any surface and is very easy on batteries. I have only replaced mine once since I bought it.

I love this mouse . It is perfect for me as a student. It is sleek and slim so it is easy to store and it also impresses people with its awesomeness. It also works well on any surface and is very responsive. I have loved and have even been using it with my Mac mini.

It fits very comfortably in the palm of my hand. When not in use, the mouse snaps flat, turning it off, conserving battery life.

Very good design, very light, ergonomic. The only negative point is that you must practice a lot in order to use the scroll button, is not easy as I suppose.

I have to admit, I bought it because I thought it looked cool. I had read up on it and heard it even had a little motor in it to give a sense of 'clicking' when using the touch-sense middle mouse pad. I have a Dell Inspiron and from the moment I plugged in the small USB transmitter, I fell in love with it. I have become to really like the way you can 'spin' the middle mouse so it scrolls fast. Now I wish that feature was on my mouse at work.

Great idea, -Love how it folds flat!!

I got this mouse cause I was tired of having the mouse "buldge" in my laptop bags or sleeves. Love the way it folds flat for easy storage. Although the scroll button in the middle is totally flat it vibrates to feel just like a normal mouse scroll which I thought was brilliant. The only problem I have with it (which is why I give it 4 out of 5) is that the way I hold a normal mouse my thumb presses up to the side but with this mouse there's only air cause of the fold up so I have less precision than a normal mouse. I end up using this as an extra mouse that stays in my case for travel but for day to day work, I stick with my Alienware mouse.

I've had this mouse for about 1.5 years now. I travel weekly so it takes up almost no space in a laptop bag. The buttons did take some getting used to but after a couple of uses it becomes natural. Great conversation piece too when people see it. The down side is my USB dongle receiver stopped working. I'm going to go buy another of these mice though, will just keep one in my bag and one on my desk. Can't beat this for traveling.

Despite of being expensive I decided buying it due to its shape and versatility. It's very easy to use and doesn't work erratically like other brands nor suffers interferences of other electronic devices. Besides all that its modern and bold design attracts everybody's attention.

The design is what caught my eye and I am happy I bought it. The mouse can be un-curved to a flat position to turn off the power and for ease of packing. Works well and fits well to the hand.

This mouse is very cool! But... That's all it has going for it! Great idea if it worked! First off, I found that when clicking the left or right mouse buttons it must be done towards the very front of the mouse and they are somewhat difficult to press. I found that because of this my hand would get cramped while using it. The scroll button idea and feedback is cool but very sensitive, does not always work. I really wanted this mouse pretty bad, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment for me. Microsoft ... Please go back to the drawing board on this one!!

The Arc bends upward when in use to mimic the comfortable feel of a mouse. It can be used on any surface and the wireless transceiver picks up the signal very well, except sometimes when the mouse is directly in front of the notebook. The Arc folds flat to turn it off and then is easily transported at about the size of a cell phone. I noticed that sometimes the mouse will turn itself off, as indicated by the blue light going off. This may be a battery -saving function. I'm not familiar enough with it to say.
