My only issue since first using this is that it will freeze for about 5 seconds and then work again. The mouse's light will blink a couple of times when it's synced again and ready to use. After almost 6 months, the mouse stopped responding. If you buy one, I just recommend getting the warranty.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the functionality was good, and it was a great travel mouse, the rubber finish cured, or did something weird after about 2 years, I would still be using this mouse if that rubber coating had not gone bad, it rubbed off on my hand, and just was not a good experience after that - I do also have the USB version, and I have never had the issue with the rubber coating. I wish they would come back out with this mouse, but maybe in a slick version.

I'd read the reviews and others indicated it was annoying to them. However, I'd done a search about how to shut off the noise and found there was an app to shut off the noise, so I bought the mouse. However, once I downloaded the app, I found it did not give me the option to do any setting updates to the mouse. Whether there was a glitch in the app or the mouse, I do not know. I returned the mouse, as the clicking noise was too much for me to deal with for what otherwise was a fine mouse. I'm used to an Apple mouse, but needed a small laptop for Windows products on the road. Unfortunately it didn't work for me and Best Buy accepted the return without any difficulties.

Scroll feature would be awesome if it worked as it should, I have been reading that I am not the only person to have the issue of the scroll not work. Feel for the mouse is excellent and response is accurate, my issue is the scrolling part, which is why I am disappointed with it and will be returning it. I suggest anyone purchasing this to obtain a Best Buy squad warranty in case the scroll stops working exactly 16 days after purchase...

It will bug out and go all over the place and sometimes just flat out dosnt work. It will work for 5 minutes after you turn it on and scroll but after that... on and off on and off...

I tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions and none of them work. This item has a 4.4 out 1200 reviews. I DO NOT know how. I suppose the scrolling feature is not important to everyone.

What do you expect of a product that is priced that high, and called "touch"? The only thing that is "touchable" is a ticking scrollbar in the center. And that can only be used in certain programs, and only "up & down". Was it designed by (expletives deleted). OVERALL, TRULY NICE DESIGN. But, a MAGNET?!? Please tell me you reassigned the jean-yes that thunked that. Thinking a little magnetism is okay, is like thinking a little radiation is okay... Do you know whom is more likely to use this product? PEOPLE WITH COMPUTERS!!! Especially Laptop users, whom store their Human Interface Device with their laptop. Logitech has their "transmitter" that "click-locks to it and turns it off, for 1/3 the price (and am going to use that instead). Sad to say, I will be returning The Arc, Noah. PLEASE RENAME YOUR PRODUCT TO: "NOT-WHAT-YOU-THINK-A-TOUCH-MOUSE-SHOULD-BE", or design a computer that you could move around, while your mouse just sits there till it's time to go up and down.
