    Not Worth It

This mouse looks and feels great. However, the scrolling will randomly stop working. What is even worse is when you look up this issue there are threads about this problem dating back to 2011. Microsoft doesnt care, clearly.

      Hi there,

We care! We're sorry to hear that you've had this experience with your Arc Touch Mouse. Some programs do not support scrolling for anything less than a full line at a time, so they do not process scrolling instructions from a smooth scroll wheel correctly. If you have a program that scrolls too quickly, barely scrolls, or lurches forward when scrolling, you can add it to the scrolling assistance list. Learn more how to do this here: https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-us/support/troubleshooting/mouse/resolving-scrolling-problems.

We would also recommend making sure that the firmware on the mouse is up-to-date by visiting this link:https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-us/products/mice/arc-touch-mouse/rvf-00052#techspecs-connect.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior, feel free to reach out to our team at [email protected], and they'd be happy to see what's going on.

      All the best,

      Amanda

Not bluetooth, so not really useful

This version of the Arc mouse is not bluetooth, so it takes up the only USB port on the Microsoft Surface Pro laptop. Just poor design choice by Microsoft.

    Turns off when fold flat

Its not really ergonomic mouse. Its flat fold mouse. Mouse only works when its bent. And there is not intermediate setting - its only flat (off) or arced (on), and you can not adjust arc. Now its so arced, that my small hands wont fully reach the top of button and scroll button comfortabily, and using it without a mouse pad, due to the arc the mouse continuously slides out of my hands. One of the worst mouse I have used. I think a china made $5 mousees and wired HP mouse were better than this.

Constantly hung for about 10 seconds every 3-4 minutes. running on a new Dell laptop Win 7 64 bit. when i returned it to BB geek squad told me about 90% of them are returned for the same problem. Exchanged for a Logitech M515 couch mouse. Works fantastic, and I am not a hugh Logitech fan.
