My fault, I should have double checked the box and it was not clear. I guess I would have to live with this one.

I haven't had any problems with is once I learned how to use it. It is different than most mouses so it took me a little while to use it right. I am bedridden alot so it works great when I have to use my labtop in bed.

Really great mouse

I have to say I don’t think it’s as easy of a setup as most but worth it. If I could change one thing I would add a back button to it. Other than that I’d purchase again!

I purchased because after years of computer work my hands are worn out. The associate recommended this as an ergonomic mouse. Well, it did improve the thumb pain, because you don't need to grip it. But no matter how hard I tried to get the click rate to be softer & faster, it wasn't. So I started to get pain in the palm of my hand from the arc of the mouse & my index finger got pain from having to click so deeply. Also the scroll bar is a nightmare. Back it went.

We are sorry to hear the device did not meet your expectations. While the Arc Touch Mouse is designed for comfort, it might not be the best for more serious finger and wrist discomfort. If you are still in the market for a replacement, take a look at the Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse. It may be a better fit.

Unfortunately after years of use, an inner plastic piece broke. I knew I needed to replace it like for like, and found it at Best Buy ... here's to the next 4-5 years of this mouse's life!
