This is my 3rd one if that tells the story! Its 2 months out of warranty and is crapping out on me like the other 2. A 765 mouse should last more the 14 months. i have logitech's in the house that are 10 years old and still working!

very disapontment for this item best buy need to verify to check is working or not, i bought for my frend he says not working he blame me you give me defective item.

I enjoy the convenience and function of this mouse

I sometimes have issues connecting the mouse with Bluetooth, I have a feeling it's a Windows 10 issue. I have to re-pair the device a couple of time to resolve. My next stop is the Microsoft Store to see if there is an issue to resolve.

I had to return it. It worked perfectly well and I had no issues, but if you have big hands then this device is a bit petite.

It does the job but it is too high for me. I wanted to buy a mouse for PC as similar as possible to the Apple mouse. This was the closest I could find. It is too high for me.

Very mobile. Not very comfortable. If you have small hands, I may be a good fit.

I Bought the Mouse thinking it might be better compatible with the surface laptop 3 I recently purchased. However, there has been a continuous amount of glitches. I'm really Disappointed with this product.

This mouse is really cool and I love the touch scroll feature. However, it constantly disconnects. I use it for like 5 min max we very time and it just stops working. Out of frustration I’ve just stopped using it and went back to my trusty old wired mouse.

Did not receive order and it says they will refund it they didn't

This mouse feels good, easy to bring with you, but is garbage when it comes to actually using it. With a touch screen surface pro and a stylus I never use the mouse. and every time I do I regret it this mouse has worse connectivity and sensitivity then a 5 dollar mouse you get free when you buy a desktop.. uhg

I tried pairing it to my Surface Pro; even changed batteries, but the Bluetooth wasn't located. Next I brought it to Geek Squad support desk and they found the same conclusion. I had to return the item for a refund.

I bought this to go with pro. I don't feel comfortable with the curve. It does have good touch response. Easy to pair and uses AAA instead of AAAA (as in pen). I wouldn't recommend unless you have tried it and like the feel.

The batteries that came with this exploded inside about a year later and now its useless. Total waste of money since I only got to use it a few times as it was for a back up computer

Bought for my son, but use it from time to time. Feels weird to use due to its format. Does not seem anatomic enough. Also precision isn't great. Expected more from a Microsoft mouse.

Love the color. So much fun to use. And so easy to find. This is not just a fashion statement. The technology is ahead of the curve.

$60 for the Arc mouse for my surface pro. Bring it home, install the batteries and nothing. Run out and buy new batteries, nothing again! Cant get it to come on to even begin paring it with my surface pro. $60 piece of garbage. Another trip back to the store with a few hours wasted. Think I'll just return it and get the cheaper one and see if it works. So much for a functional design, lol. Definitely don't waste your money buying the more expensive Arc mouse.

refund did not use. not able to understand how to use it

This has blue tooth. Garbage beyond garbage. Don't even.

Great mouse, but once you press either side of the buttons, you wont be able to press the next to it at the same time, making useless when you design.
