    Too small for my hand

    I was very disappointed that this mouse wasn't more ergonomic. It's designed just small of what would've been a good size for my hand. The shape isn't block, but it feels blocky in my hand: My hand starts to hurt a little after a few minutes of using it. Otherwise, the mouse looks good and it's fun to use. I think I might just gift it to my kids. lol

    The mouse connected perfectly with my surface book and overall works fine. I, however, cannot get over the fact that it has no real support what so ever. I have to wrap my thumb, index, and pinky around the arc of the mouse, effectively forcing me to constantly grip the mouse, rather than just resting my hand on it. My hand gets tired pretty quickly and while I could possibly get used to it it's too different from literally every other mouse I've ever used. I also got it because I was told it was adjustable when it's not. It only locks to a single, high, arch. Trying to use the mouse in anything else than that and it flattens out and turns off. I read some other reviews and I agree the mouse is stylish and convenient to travel since it lays flat, but to me, it's useless if I can't use it comfortably. Because it does not align with my personal use, I absolutely regret this purchase. That said, it could work for someone else, and that is why I give it a 2.

    A travel mouse that requires a USB-A dongle?

    Don't buy this mouse. It's supposed to be for travel, but it requires you to use a USB-A dongle to connect. It won't pair over Bluetooth without the dongle. This is a fatal flaw. My modern laptop does not even have USB-A ports any more, and would I bring a dongle on a trip just to use my mouse? No way...

    Unstable. Chintzy Construction

    I liked my original Arc mouse so much that I didn't hesitate to replace it with another after the original finally gave out after several years of constant use. But this mouse is several steps inferior to the original. First, it lacks the solid construction of the original - having a light, plasticky feel compared to the original Arc's more solid construction. But worse is the performance. It has a hard time synching with my Lenovo laptop. I constantly experience jerky motions on the screen, requiring that I turn the mouse off, then restart - only to have the jerkiness return. Very, very frustrating. I've updated my graphics card and tried some other tweaks on my computer, but to no avail. Also, it's way overpriced for what you get. You can get much better products for considerably less money. After only a few months, I'm shopping around for a non-Microsoft mouse to replace this one.
