It may be just my hands, not big, not small, yet I found my hand getting numb a lot quicker than my six year old Logitech Slim Mouse. I use my hands a lot for work, meaning they get numb easier than normal. I can recommend this to others so long as your hands don't have a tendency to get numb easily.
